Here is my cannopy mounting idea, i thought i would use a self tapping nut, then drill through the backside this way there won't be any ugly screw heads.

Yesterday i instaled the pivot points for the ailerons, I made a jig with my T Bar sander and suported it with my lead bags, it worked out good it gave me a gap and put the aileron at the right angle to drill. My next job will be to hindge the Flaps, for years i have used the wicking hindges, on this i will use the pinned type.

Looks very nice! What servo are you going to use for elevator? In plans there are 2 to be used. I am gonna use only one and was thinking HS645MG.

Oh and did you have any time to look at the list of balsa strips and sheets?

The small things that make me happy, i made the fillet for the wing to fuse last night, i made a template and then a center spar, keeping it light infront of the cg LOL. I will be glassing this wing next.

Kind of boring pictures, but here is the glass work on the top of wing, i glassed over the flight skin which is covering the gap between aileron and wing.

Last night cut out the door covers, and the oil intakes, need to do some framing on the edje of intakes, and put a lip for the wheel doors to stop on. A special thanks to James Jones for the carbon wheel covers. Ian
