Century Jet retract w/Lado actuator

I have a set of 1/5 scale Century Jet retracts that I had Century Jet convert to electric. They worked fine for a year then one will not extend all the way. I also have another set oh Shindin retracts for a FW-190 that use Lado actuators that have never failed. Does anyone know if the Lado actuator will work on a 1/5 scale Century jet retract. I have tried to contact Lado but have not heard back from them yet.:(

I tried to get a hold of LADO also but no luck , from what I have read if the actuator is working but the gear stalls ,
there is likely a burr on the jack screw . You can try to take them apart and run a tap over the thread to clean them up a bit.
, lube them up good and try again .. cheers Roger.

Talked to Christopher at Ladoga and ordered a set of the rs666 actuators for my Century Jet retracts . He's says they will work just fine. All I have to do is tap the brass sliders with 5m threads.

I got the Lado RS666 actuators in and I have to make a mounting plates for them. The mounting plate for the Century Jet actuators just won't work. Here are a few picks of the Centruy Jet rotating retracts, I will update the next post with a picture of the Lados with the new mounting plate.

Here is a couple of pics of the lado actuator and how it attaches to the Century Jet gear housing.

Sorry for the late reply but I finally got the Century Jet Retracts working with the RS666 actuators. The working really well and I got them working with a 7.4 volt lipo battery. Here is a short video.
