was that a ARF slam? well one can make ARFs look just as good as any kit.. right down to the
flush mounted cowl. you just need some commitment. cost is minimal and it dosn't add alot of weight.
copy and paste the link in my sig and see for yourself. for $239 right to my door.. its one of the better
deals out there.

No problem :) Acually the prototypes looks many times not as good as the production models.

If Top Flite is indeed bringing a large P-40 ARF to market then chances are it will look very much like the .60 size kit as far as scale fidelity goes. That would be a good thing in my opinion as, despite having some issues, it is light years ahead of anything else I've seen thus far. (I'm speaking only of ARFs here) That includes the new ESM P-40 which, IMHO, is a step backward from some of their recent offerings.

Of the top of my head I am wondering if it will fit a DA-85 (concealed) to spin a 3 blade prop.

I'm sure it will fit right in. As big as the cowl is. Sounds like a good choice.

One of the best things about a model of a P-40 has always been it's enormous cowl.

hahah , no way buddy , I like this one as is but will add interior , sliding canopy , and possibly the rudder offset hindge lol , wonder if this one has the counter balances in the elevator ?:D

You know whats great about tower , they have sales , deals ect , you will probably end up saving about $100 on this plane with the variuos promos they run

I'm sure it does ;) and if you look inside the First aid/Service hatch right behind the oxygen tank
