Dromida Ominus Motor Problems

Hi, Im having some grief with my Dromida Ominus. I am seeing intermittent motor operation that made me think it was the e board that was faulty. I replaced the e board and am still seeing the same fault. Are the motors fried?

Need much more info. Which motor(s) are acting up and what exactly are they doing ?
What happened to the quad prior to this ?
