RCV60 bearing trouble

I bought a new ~10 year old 60 from you know where. Absolutely not run and very clean.

Easy to start with a reverse flick of the prop. Uses little fuel even running rich and a reasonable draft on the prop. Very quiet and minimal gear noise. Sound like a little 'ultra quiet' generator for camping. Vibrates a little, runs warm (not hot) and is a nice experience! A Sopwith Pup required I think......

1/2 hour of running/stopping and I noticed a clicky bearing on the next re-start.

The problem appears to be burrs on the crankcase taking the clearance out of the ball races. The little sealed one was slightly brinnelled despite being obviously new and (with the seal off) totally rust free. I've scraped the case and am awaiting new bearings. Everything else is perfect. One metric and one imperial bearing. The assembly is a little tricky to get apart - a heat gun and various wooden blocks are required.
