US Distributor
I have had a RCV 90SP for some time and am looking to buy a 120 in the next few months. Is there no longer a US distributor? From the RCV website, I can no longer find anything but the Weston distributor in the UK.
Thanks, Kent |
RE: US Distributor
Have you tried a LHS?

RE: US Distributor
Laird, I have not checked with my LHS lately but I doubt they carry them. Probably worth toching base with them again.
Thanks for the links Joe. |
RE: US Distributor
I would reconmend the Weston distributor first. I did not have a very good experience with KMP. And I only live in the next province. A delay in shipping i can understand but excuses i cannot.

RE: US Distributor
Thanks for the heads up Grinder, Hobby Barn is significantly cheaper too.

RE: US Distributor
Mine came from Hobby Barn too! They are very reasonable on the s&h and very fast too. Just be aware that the SP series RCV engines each come with a starter shaft for behind the prop starting... Hobby Barn's website seems to imply that you have to buy a start shaft seperately. It's a little confusing that.

Hobby Barn URL in post #3 doesn't work. The Canadian URL ins same post doesn't work either.
Anyone conduct business with Hobby Horse out of Sun Prairie, WI? hobbyhorse.com/rcv.shtml There is 3 Sea Bees in Lake Stevens, WA whose web site indicates they carry RCV engines, but must call them. Besides these two, there doesn't seem to be widely available in US. Sent an email to Weston UK but haven't received response for purchase information. My browser content doesn't display method to add an RSV 90 SP to shopping cart like I can with their petrol versions. Are the glow fuel versions available? |
