Default 2.4ghz remote no servo signal

So i went out to drive my Tornado S30 and the steering servo does not respond. I got a new receiver but it did not help. So it has to be the transmitter. Is there anywhere where i can get a new one? I already contacted Redcat last month saying that it was giving me alot of glitches.

are you sure the servo is not at fault? try plugging the throttle servo into the steering servo's port on the reciever and see if it works. if it does, then its the steering servo thats bad.

also, check the steering rate knob on the radio(knob on the right) if its turned all the way down, you will get no movement from the steering servo.

the servo is good. when i put the adapter where the steering is normally from the throttle. the throttle didnt work. it is a new receiver so it isnt that

try re-binding the radio to the reciever. i had one once that gave me steering but no throttle. tested the servos and both were good. for some reason, the radio just wasnt getting both signals to the reciever(even tho the red LED on the reciever stayed on solid)
i re-bind the radio to the reciever and the problem was solved.
if that doesnt solve the problem, then the radio transmiter is suspect.
ali has a vid on how to bind the radio to the reciever if you dont already know how to.

sounds like its the radio. you have a new Rx, and tried rebinding and double checked the servo. pretty much just leaves the transmitter at fault.
