Landslide Slipper Pads
Hi
I own a Landslide and this is more of a question then advice/help.
Basically I need slipper pads but from what I have found out the only way you can get them is by buying Diff Set #62025 most of this set is useless apart from the back hub which I find tends to melt so usauslly need replacing as well. But my biggest moan, if that's what you can call it is the slipper pads, not all set's of #62025 come with slipper pads!!.... the other thing that would really help is does anyone know compatible pads I could use?
Really and truely I think Redcat need to re-evaluate how they sell slipper pads, I think it would be so much easier if you could buy them on their own like HPI does or even sell a set with the spur gears would make so much sense.
Anyway am I the only one who comes across this problem?!
Any info from you guys I'm sure will be really useful.
Thanks naz

RE: Landslide Slipper Pads
you could try contacting the guy who runs www.rufaster.com.
he has been a redcat dealer since redcat opened.
id bet he could get you just the part you need. he has his own stock of parts.
if i knew more about the specific model id help, but not as familliar with the landslide.
good luck.

RE: Landslide Slipper Pads
I can't help but can echo your sentiment with the Twister XTG Pro. The slipper pads should be sold seperately or come with the Spur Gear not the big metal washers that you may never need to replace.
