Default Redcat aftershock 8e parts

Do i have to go directly through redcat to get replacement parts or is there other vendors? I busted a ear off the plastic steering arm and was going to order one but apparently i missed them today and would prefer not to have to wait till monday to order. Does anyone know of a part from another rc that can be made to work to get me over till i get it replaced?

3 wires correct but it is set up now like you said to where it powers on when the battery connects which is that part that makes setting up the radio difficult.
