    Vortex Body

Will the Redcat Vortex body fit on an 8E chassis ? I'll trim the wheel wells if needed. TIA!

i dont know for certain, i mean im sure you can trim it to sit on top of the chassis but i dont think it will look good.
the vortex body i believe is a good deal shorter in length.

TY! Reason I was asking is I don't like the way the front and rear bumpers sit inside the body shell of an aftershock body. I want the front and rear bumpers to sit outside the body shell for protection and looks. Thanks again. Can you sugest any SCT bodies that will allow the front and rear bumpers to remain outside the body shellfor an 8E chassis ?

the slash body should be pretty close to the aftshock's. maybe its a tad shorter.
do you have a local hobby shop? if you do, you could see if they got a slash body and bring your truck and see how it might look.

Or, if you dont mind going aside from the SCT body, there is a good chance the proline VW baja bug body for the slash's will fit on the aftershock.
that body will certainly fit inside the bumpers.

I want to stay with the SCT look, I like it. I do have a LHS and will go try on bodies (whoooooooohoooooooooo). I'll let ya all know what fits and what don't.
    Thanks
