might thoughts as well.

all the feedback i have on the 1/8 avalanche, monsoon and hurricane is very positive. i think they are on par with most any 1/8 nitros out there.

so its a perfect chassis for a 1/8 brushless.

What can justify twice the price of their 1/8 current products? (backdraft, earthquake & aftershock)

the 8e's are $300

the new ones will run around $450, not twice the price.

there is no question in my mind that the new chassis are worth the extra cost. they are just more durable.

the 8e's are based of a stretched 1/10 4wd shaft design, where as the new ones are based on the standard 1/8 chassis design.
