Default BackDraft 8e Shock Oil?

What would be the best oil to use? I am replacing the rear shocks on backdraft 8e.

I would run maybe 25-35wt oilin the colder months and 40wt in the warmer months go to yourLHS I use losi shockoil., all depends what you do with it....... Also may want to look at changing out the shock pistons also and a rebuild kit since you are in there.

THanks. Formula. I was looking to use the Losi oil 35wt. I may have to order the rebuild kit from online stores since our LHS does not carry anything redcat

I would think any big bore rebuild kit would work..... try matching up Team Assoc or Losi as the Mugen shocks for the buggie are 15mm and the Losi and Assoc shocks are 16mm like the BD. 35wt should be just fine.

Thanks formula.
While I am at it, I may upgrade to the aluminum shock towers.
