Default VOLCANO EPX PRO 1/10 BRUSHLESS

what would cause the unit to pulsate in forward wont go full throttle speeds up and slows down

could just be the battery is low. the ESC has low-voltage detection, which means it will cut power to the motor when the battery is low.

Or maybe the throttle trim is off on the radio.....

Or you could try re-calibrating the ESC to the radio.

check the controls on your radio. I guarentee that will fix it
