Default Bullet Connectors stuck together.

I was running my Caldera SC 10E, and the ESC kept shutting down, so I pushed the battery connecters together more, and it ran fine. Then, when tthe battery was dead, I went to pull them off, and they are stuck together. Is it melted together, and will I have to solder new connectors, or do I have to buy a new battery. It is the stock battery, 7.2v 3800MaH NiMH.

They shouldn't be melted together unless there was some solder on one side or the other. If the heat were to get that high, you'd see the ends becoming desoldered from the wires way before the ends would fuse together. I say get a couple pairs of pliers and try pulling them apart with some mechanical advantage.

I fixed it. I didn't push them together enough, and there was a bad connection. I had to cut the plastic cover off of it to pull it apart.
