Default Tornado EPX shock removal

The lower shock mounts are pins pressed through the lower control arm. How can I remove them? Should I drill out the pin and later replace it with a nut and bolt? One of my shocks has a bent shaft and needs tbe fixed or replaced.

the pin is a screw, and it has a hex head. should be a 1.5mm. If you have a 1.5mm hex (L) wrench or a 1.5mm hex driver then you put it in and just unscrew it.
