When braking it slows to a stop, instead of baking quickly. Any ideas?

how slow is it? and what surface are you on?
On dirt or loose surfaces the wheels should pretty much lock up under full breaking.
But on high traction surfaces, it will slow down slowly.

Im assuming it has no issues going forward?
