Default Redcat Racing avalanche XTE avalanche batteries

Hello, Was wondering if anyone knows about what kind of batteries I can upgrade this model with I believe it comes with 2x 7.4V LiPo 3600mAh 2S 20C batteries. I'v seen some batteries at 50C 2 cell.. Is there a limit to what batteries I can go to without breaking the motor and/or other parts?

TIA Tom

It can handle Lipo from 2-4s, but if your running two batts dont go over 2s

grab a pair of skylipo 2s 30c-60c burst 5000mah lipo packs off hobbypartz.com. More punch and longer runtimes over the stock lipos. They come with the same type of connector on them as well.

some packs only show the constant "C" rating. Others show both the constant and the "burst" rating.

But MAH and "C" are related as well. A 30c 1000mah pack wont put out as many amps as a 30c 5000mah pack. So even if you get a pack with the same "C" rating...but it has more MAH, it will have more punch.
