You can check out JC Concepts . They manufacture lots of wheels, tires, bodies that you can make work on your volcano S30. On the bodies you might have to do some trimming or body post re-drilling though. Redcat offers a pretty decent body selection for the Volcano's. So you might want to check that out too. seen a few owners run traxxas stampede talon tires. Rear wheels, fronts wont work due to the offset.

Think ive seen a stampede body on a volcano as well.

But most any 1/10 body can be MADE to fit with some trimming.

A buddy of mine had a caldera 10e, He made a traxxas emaxx roll cage fit on it...and then made custom body panels out of thin sheet metal. Pretty cool.

Great thanks for the feedback guys! This has helped me out as a newbie to the nitro world, the last rc car I had was about 20 some years ago, I think it was an RC10?? Or something like that? Electric sucked back then! I'm really digging the nitro go fast until the end thing! It's been fun!

probly was a RC10 as it was one of the most common.
I have a SC10 (short course truck) also from associated.
Electric has come a LONG way, even in just the last 5 years. Electrics can now best nitros in alot of ways.
Both types are fun tho.

any 12mm rims can work, its just that the knuckle design requires you to dremel the insides a bit sometimes.
as for bodies... this is the hpi 1970 mustang boss body on my gf's shockwave. i made some brackets to mount it, with wing nuts, but you could also use the rear hpi rs4 body mounts for front and back and accomplish the same thing, i just wanted it to be sturdier so that when she flips it won't break.

you like the retard bumper on the front? haha its an rpm rustler bumper, with some added...cushion lol
