Default New Redcat Rampage Owner here needs advice

Bought My first Redcat a Rampage 1\5 scale. I am looking for a couple things, rubber exhaust deflectors so I don't melt down the rear of truck's body, and remote kill switches, 1 for it, and one for a HPI Baja 5b.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know the
killer Bee" kill switch is a popluar one with 1/5 owners.
Id think a peice of sheet metal or flashing on the inside of the body would act as a heat deflector. Flashing at a hardware store is cheap and easy to cut, thin and light.

In the "giant scale" forum there are a few 1/5 redcat owners.

You can just use aluminium tape on the inside of the body that will deflect the heat. You find the tape at home depot in the heating and air section its the same tape thats used to wrap you heat and air ducts. and yes killer bee will be the best kill switch you can buy.
