Gear box upgrade
I upgraded to a brushless motor with Lipo battery. My gears are a bit worn already, does anyone know it there is a heavy duty gear box that will take the punishment sent out by brushless motor? This thing is so fast now, I love it but want it to last a while.

Um, Adam, you'll get a better/faster reply if you let us know what model you're talking about. If it's a Lightning/Tornado/Volcano, then there are steel gears available, I'm guessing you went from and EPX to a EPX Pro from your context. The Pros come from the factory since the plastic gear rarely survives long on brushless. If you go steel, you'll need to replace the brass pinion or you'll be stripping it out in short order.

Yeh, if you upgraded a EPX to brushless then your spur gear is likely worn and you bronze bushings are wearing as well. As those wear, you will get more play at the diffs and wheels.
The EPX pro has steel spur gear, steel pinion gear and full ball bearings.
(foxys, the most recent gen of epx pro's come with metal spur gears)
