Default Mamba Monster 2 in a Monsoon XTE

Hi,

I Just ordered a Mamba Monster 2 2500KV (i think) combo. I'm hoping it will just slide right in my current set up but i doubt it. Does any body know what I need to complete this set up or will I be able to just swap out the old ESC and motor?

Any help would be great

Thanks guys

On max 6s lipo 2200kv sheez theres no telling what speed youll get but geared up at least 60mph if its the 2650kv youll be limited to 4s lipo if something in the drivetrain dont break first pitty about the design of battery placing but then you could probably stiffen that side of the suspension a bit more to counteract if it sags.

The reason i bought the combo with more KV is because the bigger motor can handle more cells. The discription said it could handle two 3s or one 6s lipo in the combo im getting. It hasnt shipped yet, so there is still time for me to switch the order. Would you recommend the lower KV combo?

The 2200kv can take 6s lipo but its a bit to much for the 2650kv one without overheating it,its upto you really I prefer the 2200kv just so I could run the 6s on it and not loosing that much speed if running 4s.

guys that race in competitions usually run around the 2500 plus kv because race rules usually limit batt sizes to 4s lipo.
