Default Volcano S30 junk plastic rims

I have a volcalno S30 truck. I am so tired of buying rims for this truck that I'm ready to throw it away. I'v spent more money on the new redcat replacement rims than the truck is worth. The hex nut keeps spinning out in the plastic rim!! I didn't even make it 50 feet on the last rims and they spun out. Is there a trick to keeping this from happening or is there somewhere I can find tougher rims? Perhaps aluminum rims that will fit this truck? I don't really want to change the size of the tires though. The hex nut on this truck is 12 mm. The tires are about 2.5 inches wide and a little over 5 inches tall.

Correction on how tall the tires are. They are about 4.75 inches tall.

too funny...

You might have better luck with the stock rims if you use some aluminum wheel hexes. these wont strip or wear out.

Also, when the inside of my wheel hex strips out, I super glue a wheel hex to the wheel. That way, I can keep using the wheel

the hex nuts are aluminum. The plastic rims keep breaking or the nut rounds out the inside of the rim. I was hoping to be able to find some lightweight aluminum rims and tires about the same size as what comes with the truck from red cat.
