Default Sh.28 engine setting

I have a avalanche xtr with the sh.28 engine what is a good carb setting to keep it running. I can not get it started when I got it factory out the box I was able to just let it idle 1 tank but when I hit the gas it will stall . So I started messing with the needles and they are out of Wack now. What a good setting to get it running now?

I just broke in my Mad Beast .28 yesterday. Was told it is built by SH. Who knows, but was way too rich out of the box. Got it to start and run for break in with HSN 2 3/4 turns and LSN 1 turn. Started and ran great at those settings. Was running rich for break in with temps between 200-210. Hope this helps.
