what % of nitro fuel are you running? what's the heat range (hot, med, cold) of your plug? it might be too lean still.
i'm running Blue Thunder Sport 30% fuel with a racers edge cold plug (i forget the number). i burned my first cold plug up within the first tank. i reset my needles and set it a little rich, and it didn't burn up right away, so i tweaked it just a little leaner, and it's been in there for the last 3 or 4 outings.
oh yea, higher % nitro content requires a cold plug. lower % requires a hot plug.

im using the premium fuel..its 20% nitro...and the last 3 plugs i went thru were medium...jus ordered two cold and 1 medium..i know my hsn is not too lean because there is a good amount of smoke trailing it..and this last outing i richened the low speed jus to be safe..

i searched google with "which nitro glow plug" and those were in the first two or 3 on the list.
here's another one. http://www.scootworks.com/rdrc/gloplugs.html

RE: y are my glow plugs going out so fast?
is there anything else u guys can think of that would cause the plugs to be going out so quick..i mean i had to change two today..they were medium tho, but still..i have used plugs for much longer than a half tank of gas..
another thing...the guy at rufaster.com said that the temp of the plug affects the performance/tune up kinda like the weather..warmer weather, leaner mix, etc...how does the plug affect it? should i expect to run leaner or richer since im moving from A medium to hot plug?

check out this site www.*********.org/cars_eng-tuning.htm According to this
higher air temp lean
lower air temp rich
higher humidity lean
lower humidity rich
higher barometric pressure rich
lower barometric pressure lean
higher altitude lean
lower altitude rich
higher nitro content rich
lower nitro content lean
higher oil content lean
lower oil content rich
hotter plug rich
colder plug lean
I hope this helped out.

i got a couple from hobby town and a couple from rufaster...i know two were os brand...but as long as there is smoke coming from the pipe i should be ok right..i mean i tune it where its not too much and not too little smoke...

After break in period, I changed the glow plug and have been using the same one ever since. I am using a hot plug with 20% nitro fuel. I made sure that I tuned it as the web page I gave you told me to, and I is running fine.

Make sure your filter is clean and oiled (and installed!!!) maybe there's a bit too much cruft in there somewhere which conceivably could wear the plugs.

well i had to remove the cooling head to replace the head button..i guess this would be an ideal time to take the engine apart and clean the insides, especially since i stripped the head button...im sure shreds of metal are in there now...
