Sure but I didn't come off asking pretty obvious questions. 3 posts in and I already don't like you.
If I were you I'd shape up a bit. Otherwise you're not going to be getting much out of any of us.

Ok Its Easy,
Remove Shocks
Remove Lower Spring Retainer
Remove Spring
Unscrew Cap on Shock(only if they unscrew)
Fully-extend Shaft
Pour in Shock Oil to compleatly full
Work Out Air Bubbles
Put Cap Back on Shock and Wipe up Excess Oil
Reassemble Shock and Spring

Hope This Helps Ya a Little Naviuk

Yeah talk about your step by step guide to shock repair
How do i test if i actually need to do all of that or should you do it once in awhile? i noticed i'm strating to have to replace the things that wear out most often now so i thought while i got the truck apart i might as well, i know this has been asked before, i tried finding it in the forum but couldn't see it, what would be the best oil to use?

Baie dankie
Cheers

Well the oil comes in many different weights from 10-100 but I Have used 45wt losi oil on mine.
I have had my truck 5-6 months and changed the shock oil only once,(when I upgraded to losi shocks)
You can find any weight you want on ebay
The way you tell is to look inside shocks at the fluid level

CU's shock rebuild writeup was great. Ed, I don't believe the t-maxx body mounts will fit...the posts themselves are quite a bit wider than stock (but yes, they use the same mounting technique)

the [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDA57&P=7]Parma body mount kit[/link] is the same one I used on my Stampede oh so many years ago (Wow, do I feel old) and they should be the right diameter (Going by memory, because those body mounts on Tower's link don't list a diameter)

bottom line...buy those if you want an SUV body. if not, there are quite a few bodies available specifically for 1/10 trucks (parma makes a whole pile of 'em) and they'll work with your stock body mounts.

What about Entity ? anyone herd from him after all ??? I could use his help now.... the Kyosho is beating the **** out of me !!! huahuahuahuahu can't get that damn engine tuned !!!! it has tree screws.... sometimes I would get lost with the 2 we have on the Himoto ! ;-)

I can't get it to run ... but I can't figure it is too much gas or air... or what the hec !!! sometimes I can make the engine to still on but if I hit the gas it stalls.

Any good tips ???

Regards,

Hey did you say 3 screws. Is one of them on the side of the carb under the big brass Hi Speed jet? If so DON"T TOUCH IT! It's a mid-range needle. I just read an article about these carbs and it basically says not to touch it. Hard Core racers only. [X(] You should only have to adjust the Hi speed needle (larger brass one) 1st and then the low speed needle (the one in the center of the where the throttle linkage connects.

only tune the low and high end needle. You should not need to touch the mid range at all....so you can think it as more of a 2 needle carb...

Whut size is your engine and I will look up the tuning specs
