rubber bands who would have thought it
Ok I had a gripe about the clutch spring in my volcano that keeps on breaking.
Well I tried a rubber band.Guess what it works great.I wrapped it around the clutch spring 4 times.
It still has fast take off,and is running like a champ. Will this hurt my truck?I dont know.I do know
one thing rubber bands are cheaper then the clutch spring.I'm not saying for anyone else to try this,
but ive ran it strong for about an hour and its still kicking butt. Also stops on a dime.

My only concern would be the band melting and gumming up the works...
I replace my spring this weekend and put in a heavier duty spring which so far seems great. You can get the from the hobbytown web site for like 3.00 ea.
