Default Shocks Refill on Tornado XP

Was taking the rear axle apart last night (the outer rear bearing is broke) and notice that my 2 left shocks bottom came lose (unscrew) and the oil leaked out.

I went ahead and removed them from the car and I'm ready to refill them.

What weight oil should I use and how much do I put in ?

Thanks

depends on the driving, onroad heavier since you want a tighter suspension, less burmps, offroad lighter so it absorbs the shock of bumps etc. fill to the top, make sure to pull the shaft up and down a few times to get the air out.
