RE: down time
well i ran my buggy with the volcano tires on it.wasent very pretty.it melted the clutch shoes inside the clutch housing withen 5 minutes.didnt have any take off but had top end speed.it did bounce a great deal lol.maybe if i get the 2speed transmission for the buggy that will make it up.also maybe not enough engine to really turn the tires i dont know.its a .15 engine.the hubs and all did great,no problem there.

RE: down time
Shawn...different tires on front and back will wreak havoc on your trans and differentials...
Chopper...I don't doubt you melted the clutch with the bigger tires on...I had a similar prob on my 1/8 Hurricane...clutch still works just wore the shoes down (3 shoe clutches in the 1/8's)...we need to gear these down if we are going to truggy them and get heavier duty clutch shoes.
