J-boy- Go to your local ACE hardware and get the 2 part putty epoxy. You will want to remove the A arm clean it real good and scuff it with ruff sand paper. The way I do it is super glue the pieces for a temp hold, then putty the break point and give it 24 hr to set. I have also used come solid cor steel or aluminum wire (like for an electric fence) and laid it across the broken spot, top and bottom and then the epoxy. It gives it a little more strength.

Good luck!!
