Default Tiger Drive---Question

I recently bought a tiger drive and have started my engine with it about 4 times. And all of a sudden it wont grab my the shaft of my engine. Any ideas? Suggestions? Thanks

check one way bearing, take off the tiger drive and see if the one way bearing is grabbing, did the tiger drive come with one or did you use the one that came with the pullstart. i bought the rotostart from hpi since i have an hpi car with the wand. the backplate didnt come with the one way bearing so i used the one that came with the car.

the bearing is attached to the drive, i have already tried to dry the bearing (get the grease out) to see if maybe it was TOO greasy...and it still doesnt work.
