just a question
i have a volcano stx when i give it full throttle it bogs down. does it mean its getting to much fuel? and also its running a little hot. i had it over 290.

your running too lean, not enough fuel, richen it up, its starving for fuel at top end so it boggs down. if it was too rich it would be running cooler. if its bogging down on take off then the low end needle may be a little rich, you may need to lean it a little but if your running it wide open and it stalls or boggs then you need to richen up the high end.

what do you mean by need to richen up the high end? i wont be able to mess with for awhile cuz i wrecked it again. i ran into a fence post.

richen means making the carb use or send more fuel to the engine or opening the needle by turning it counter clockwise. leaning means making the carb send less fuel to the engine by closing the needle or by turning it clockwise.
