Good day. I am trying to install a 2 speed clutch bell for the 2 speed transmission. This will be our 2nd one. On the first one we just switched the bearings and put all back together and it works fine. On the 2nd one after installing the bearings and bolting back down the clutch will not turn. I made sure all the correct washers were in place. I took it back apart and tried again. The clutch will not turn. If I put old 1 speed back on it works fine. spins freely like it should. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Or did I just get a bad part?
