Look both ways before crossing the street!!!
So I ripp'n it up in a park, My car flipped off a curb and landed in the street. A lady in a Toyota camry had along way to see it and stop. She come to a slow role, She looks at the car, then me, then the car and panics! The idiot hit the gas!
Heres some pics. of what happenned. You can't see it all like the chasis has been tacoed but, some of it survived well from being ran over. My aluminum rims survived and I was running the plastic ones in the rear and they actually bounced back.
Carb snapped, front shock tower gone, rear shocks gone, Chasis gone and dog bones. Of course the body is gone.
It actually pressed the car down into the blacktop! The street has gouges, LOL!
I'm still mad because she could have waited three seconds! I will order a bunch of crap from www.topspeedtoys.com. Lord knows I need allot, LOL!
I was just trying my new moter head to, The engine went down 100 degrees, NO CRAP! Went from 260 down to 156!
There is allot of damage to the car, ganna cost some bucks but, F it! I just wan't the chick that ran it over to pay for it! She is a "IDIOT"!

Wow man, I'd altleast try to get her to pay for half of it or something. That's gonna end up costing you a ton of cash. You could probably buy a new one and you'd be better off. Sorry to hear about that buddy.

actually your not supposed to be in the street with it so we as rc hobbiests have no leg to stand on when it comes to this. i had a plane and it kinda crash landed in the road at my moms house in upstate ny and some guy came down the road and ran it over, i know he saw it unless he was blind but i dont think so.

Honestly a good 50% of the population has no place behind the wheel of a vehicle. Our licensing and testing system is a complete joke.

Haha, you think you have it bad up there? Try dodging the giant caddies and buicks we have rolling down the streets here. They're either doing 10 under the speedlimit or 20 over. Old people scare me...

Well, for those who complain how WEAK RR vehicles are, look at this rc. Its in pretty good condition for something that was ran over by a real car.

Noob...I'm actually pretty impressedw ith how well the car held together!
here's a few things though:
first, DON'T run your engine below 200 degrees. the sleeve won't expand enough and that causes premature wear. Also...instead of replacing with stock parts, UPGRADE
that's the best excuse to upgrade anyway, right?
That, and now you can paint a spiffy new lid for your ride.
Just remember, it's not ALL bad bro

I am impressed as well how the car took it, over all, I guess, LOL. I just wish she didn't run it over.
So your saying "DON'T" run it under 200? I thought cooler was better? It really hauled butt!!! I added that header that TST sent me and I clocked it with NO mods to the carb 7mph faster than stock. I thought it might get hot so I put the bigger custom head on it. Think I should lean it out more to make it hotter?
Overall, I am impressed with the car being ran over. It took it well, I guess. The funny thing is the ABS shell only got a crack in it about 2" long but yet my aluminum rims and chasis put gaouges in the pavement, LOL.
I have had a bad accident before but crap, nothing like this!
It will be running in a day or two.

noob...run it 220 degrees or more. just don't go over 300.
whatever you do, don't tune it to run a specific temperature. the only reason you should check temperature to make sure it's not too cold and not too hot
