when you find out what is causing that problem let me know because the axle for my 4wd keeps falling out. my chassis was bent so i replaced it and the axle fits better but still binds up. i was told that there is an o-ring in there and it might have fell out but i have not yet to find an o-ring in any other shafts. i am alos new at this too

Are the front axles the ones falling out? If so it's probably when the steering is turning the wheels full right or left. Look at the inside of the wheels with the steering at full lock and you'll see how close they are to popping out. There may be too much play in the part # 02015 door type mounts. You may also tighten things up by tightening the top linkages for the suspension arms. The O rings go inside the universal joints, or drive cups. The cup the dogbone fits into. They help keep the dogbones centered and snug minimizing back and forth play. Just be sure if you tighten things and add o rings that it doesn't bind up when the suspension compresses or extends. OH and if the dogbones are bent even alittle bit on the wheel side on a Volcano it'll pop them right out when running. Make sure you have the proper sized dogbones/ driveshafts in the proper spots to. The Volcano uses 3 different lengths I believe. Good luck, hope it helps.

I dont know if explained myself correctly. But it seems when i run my volcano for about 2 or 3 minutes and doing turns and all, i notice that the front left wheel looks likes it locked up. when i go to see why, i find the the transmission shaft has come out of the axle on the wheel. the axle is still inplace on the wheel. its just the transmission shaft that pops out.

My sons has been doing the same. the wheel is turning too far and the shaft pops out of the axle and bends right at the end binding up the front drive. I straightened the dogbone and tightened up the upper turnbuckle on the suspension linkage. I also told him to take it easy on the jumps. Everything has to be just right for it to pop out. Wheels turned, under power, suspension at just the right spot etc.
