There is oil or somthing on the side of my engine by the pull start and like the dirt sticks to it. What is it?

The oil is from the nitro gas,you might try tightening your exhaust manifold & look for other leaks while your at it.

It's some of the oil from the fuel that is weeping around the starter shaft bushing. The oil in the Nitro fuel is used to lubricate the engine and will ooze out. Remove the pullstarter and take a look. If it's not the shaft then you may have to seal the backplate.
