RE: gasket
This is what Popper says will work. It was in 1/10th compatable parts thread.
Exhaust Header Gasket.
HPI part# A875
Comes with 5 Gaskets
They're a little bit bigger than stock but the holes line up perfectly. Work great.
$2.50 Hobbytown.

RE: gasket
they do work, but they where actually thinner then the one that came with my buggy. i used two of them sandwiched together w/ hi temp silicone. works great.

RE: gasket
I had the same problem. the bolts worked their way out from vibration. so i went to canadian tire (you could go to any automotive place) and get a gasket large enough to cut a template out of. just put a piece of paper over the area on the muffler side (it's bigger) and do a rubbing....and tah-dah you have your template.

RE: gasket
Yeah, I got mine at Pep Boys...Cost like $7 or $8, I cut 1 strip 3/8" (the size of the exhaust manifold opening) and got 5 gaskets out of it, with still enough for at least 2...and this is a 12" long roll, so....do the math...but it does take some skill and patience with the x-acto...

Ah, but $7, and I get over 100 gaskets....maybe more of a pain, but...who's getting the better value...LOL...More $$$ for my music...OK, so I mean for the wife and kids, but it sounded good...LOL.
