Default tornado bb front wheels lacking power

I Just received a Tornado bb, and when running it I noticed the front wheels are not near as powerful as rears. It seems to have gotten worse until now it is very hard to control (like rear are providing all power). Is this normal? is there an adjustment? what could be wrong? Checked all axles and drive shaft and they all are intact.

Thanks for any help

check the grub screw on the cups that hold the front driveshaft in place, make sure they are tight.

grub screw is very tight. when the motor is not running and you roll the backwheels and hold front in air, the drive shaft does not spin
