have you broke in the engine yet
does it run
what are the symptoms

for breakin
the low speed needle should be flush
the high speed needle should be 2 1/2 turns out from closed is all the way clockwise but dont tighten it just tighten till you feel a little resistence
idle screw should be set to allow about 1mm opening in carb whil throttlew trim is in neutral position

hope this helps out if not keep trying well get you taken care of

well after breakin in it all depends on how our gonna use it as noted in [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5206251/tm.htm]tuning thread[/link] but for starters warm up the enigne and begin leaning it out (turn High speed needle clockwise) untill out have reachd max performace then richen ( high speed needle counterclockwise)1/8th of turn for safty after that is set right you can mess with low speed needle
but remember only make 1/8 turns at a time and run it for a few passes to extra fuel out if not right do it again

watch these vids they will explain it also better than me
