Default Help for upgrade parts

I have a exceed rc xtreme buggy its the same as the redcat tornado. I want some of your advice on upgrade parts

should i change my lower arms and hubs to alum? i dont plan on changing the linkages i think i'll leave them plastic

should i use alum shocks and which springs are better

I've also read that you can put different clutch shoes on and it will eliminate the spring how well does this work

I want to put a tuned exhaust and pipe on what would be good to use.

I have hispeed h3003 servos on it now what would be a better upgrade

Is there a better Filter to use.

Finally different wheels and tires that would fit on my buggy.

Any help would be apprieciated.

i would leave it plastic because it is cheaper to replace plastic and aluminum bends and for the servo i would get a hitec 645 servo because it has metal gears and is good
