its well worth the money bro, i love my redcats, i have them all, i also own alot of other brand rc's but you cant beat the bang for the buck factor when it comes to the redcats.

My servos went after runnin only about 5 times.
Now my pull-start is F'd up.

I know you pay for what you get, but it seems to happen to me when I'm barely bashin. Once I get the pull-start fixed (im just gonna get a Rotostart) it should be all good.

What backplate is compatable with the Vocano? My hobbie shop has nothing for Redcats.

it depends on the engine you have, some have a 1" offset or 1 1/4 offset on the pullstart screws, the hpi rotorstart is compatible with one of them. Servo's and pullstarts go on any brand rc regardless of price, most rtr radio equipment/servo's are not the best on the market.

helps protect the head so it doesnt get scratched up if it flips

yes it does but its the 1/8 scale, there is a 1/10 too, the volcano
