a couple of spare spur gears, maybe some front a arms and dogbones. i havent broken a suspension part on any of my redcats since i got them, actually 1, on my lightning on road after kissing a wall on my local track, the c hub. i think besides those few things, you would be ok, you know murphys law, your sure to break the part you dont have, it always happens.

ok will do! then maybe i can just place my order tomorrow afternoon. It's amazing how these parts don't cost too much. figured they would all be out priced but everything is quit reasonable, so what all cars do you have? and whats your favorite?

i have a monsoon on the way so it may take the place of the avalanche, lol.

i started out with the tornado xl, great buggy, i love it. it's been acting really weird lately, it wont start. i tried different glow plugs, different high-speed needle adjustments. i've done a lot of stuff and it didn't do anything else. hmmmmmmmmmmm i wonder if my gallon of nitro went bad.......... ggggggrrrreeeeaaaatt.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a bad bottle of gas. Try some new gas..

Hey guys just a little suggestion...............Don't leave the sealed cap off your fuel for even a second..........you get the fuel bottle filled close the fuel source before you put the cap on the fuel bottle. Thats a little extreem but it keeps the fuel lasting a lot longer

you dont need to go bigger just get an os cvrx .18 or the sh.18, great upgrades, more power, the sh.18 is great since you can use the engine replacement program, you pay only 1/2 the price.

take a look at them:

sh: http://redcatracing.com/itemdetail_p...tno=sh18engine

os: http://www.clermontmotorsports.com/s...lue-11j/Detail

the os is a better more powerful engine but it also costs 2x the price of the sh.

any one would be good, which ever one you want, they all basically do the same thing, make the car brake when the batter goes low or the radio signal stops or gets interfearence.
