Hey all..I have a 2 speed BB and it only engages in one of them. Not sure if it starts in 1st or 2nd. How do I adjust it so it works both gears?

There is a little allen set-screw in the transmission for shift point adjustment. The one that goes straight down is the one that holds it to the shaft. The one at an angle is the one you want to adjust. Turn in clockwise for a later shift point(in) or turn it counterclockwise for earlier shift point(out). Make small adjustments or you can go to far pretty easy.

As far as what gear you are in now try to rev up very slowly. You will hear it shift. If you can't your probably stuck in first.

haven't even got it broke in yet.. I've had lots going on. Should get to it by this weekend. When it's done you'll have to e-mail me and give me an address to send a dvd. Haven't tried to put anything on youtube yet. Dvd's are easy enough to burn though.

WELL I NEED MORE HELP JEJEJEJ THE PROBLEM IS THAT I NEED TO BUY ALL THE PARTS IN THE SAME PLACE SO I GET TO PAY JUST ONE SHIPMENT TO MY COUNTRY, LAST NIGHT I CHECK THE CAR AND THE PARTS THAT I NEED ARE:

CARBURATOR, CLUTCH, TRANSMISION, RIMS AND WHELLS (I WANT BIGGER ONES THAN THE ORIGINALS),EXHAUST PIPE,HEADER, DOGBONES FRONT AND REAR (HARDER ONES BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL ARE TOO SOFT), 1 SERVO, THE CRISTALS, AIR FILTER, LOWER ARM STICKS (THEY ARE BOTH BROKEN) FRONT SHOCK TOWER (THE SPECIAL ONE) 4 SHOCK ABSORBERS (FOR RACE TRACK USE) AND ALSO NEED THE PARTS FROM TRAXXAS THAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE ON THE TORNADO I READ IT ON THE FIRST PAGES.

SORRY IF IT SI TOO MUCH TO ASK BUT I`M NEW ON THIS HOBBIE AND I DON`T WANT TO MAKE ANY MORE MISTAKES BUYING THE WRONG THINGS THANKS TO EVERY BODY.

anyone eles having trouble finding spur gears. well i found a great replacement. i found that a spur gear from a hpi rs4 fit like a glove. all that needs done is a little sanding so that the e-clip can go back on the shaft. it took me 5 min to put it back together. hope this helps for all you out there looking.....

You would have to go with the single speed tranny and a 13 tooth clutch bell for it to work decent.
