It was fun man really interesting to learn how. If you want a cheap but good BB find an sh on ebay there good for the money.

Im going to try to do my cvr now ill try some other things to it and see how it goes

as for the engine. I think for that money you can probably find something better on ebay.

my parts came today 3 days shipping not so bad but the shaft i orderd is the wrong size ill have to take it to work and cut it down and tack it up with a roll pin maybe by this weekend ill be back bashing i found a really nice sand pit on the way home. the parts arnt a waste ill need them soon or later

retro they are all over ebay. You can also get them directly from redcat, himoto and some of the vendors that carry redcat parts

I like the sh engines they seem really nice and most guys say that there better then the vx engines

Well I started doing the work on my cvrx today at work so far I have the con rod done but I forgot to weigh it before I did the mods so now I have to guess how much I took off lol. I hope it works out just as good or better then my sh did.

I dunno what are you doing???? lol kidding Im doing some porting and pilishing on my cvr-x 18 among some other things like balancing and decking the sleeve for more compression. I did my sh 18 and it turned out great so im trying to get even more out of my cvr but its still not going to scream because its already a bit worn out. If these mods work good them im going to buy a brand new cvr and port it right away.

well my truck is up and running again i used eminentguitars mod on the rear drive shaft and works great ran 2 tanks no problems thanks eminentguitar.

They fit you might have the spacers in the wrong position. What do you mean it doesn't fit.

the shaft ie two short and the bearings are diff and it don't sit far enough back on clutch shoes

peewee read the first few pages of this thread youll know how to put that bell on then. Your going to need some other bearings as well man.
