the stainless cup ides is good man and titanium dog bones might not be as great as one would think lol. The shaft yes for sure man but you want something even harder then that for the pins trust me titanium is strong but cant take the rubbing like say high carbon steel like needle bearings in a u joint. or shock rods will be good to. Redcats bones are just great but they break from the cups wearing out. Or better yet I have a wanna B big block in my mt2 with 3 gallons of killer hard driving I still have NO sign of wear on the bones or cups. Same thing in my tsunami but I have 7 gallons through that one. Another thing you can do is heat treat and temper the drive cups then get them blasted with something nice and fine like glass beads then take them to an electroplating shop and get them coated with nickle, a good tool grade thickness. Then they will last for a fair while

i get my stuff from australia man so i dunno where in the usa . and the way i was gunna do it is turn up the saft bodies beefy in the middle and drop down at the end then leaving a lil on the ends drill and tap a m2.5 or whatever for a high tins grub screw to screw in and ova hang both sides , and use loctite on it . save's brazing and stuff , and then just bench grind a round ball on the ends of the shafts

Yeah man they fit right in but you have to get the mt2 18ss drive cups for the transmission and the diff because the mt2 18ss shaft has a 7mm ball unlike the redcat shafts with a 6mm ball. Hpi doesnt make a u joint for the centre shafts only ones that I have seen were made by GPM and arent to bad but I migh have just gotten luckey because lots of people have had problems with GPM parts. I bought extras because I though that they might still wear out like the redcat ones but after all this time they still look like the day I put them on. I dont know what they used for matterial on the silver drive cups but its even hard to grind. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT MAN its so nice to have parts that dont wear out all the time. the only thing you have to make sure of is that you use lock tite on the grub screws.

retro take some pictures of the deck when you have it completed. I might be interested.
As for parts you can go with rufaster.com or allaboutfunhobbies.com
I think there are a few other places that carry redcat/himoto parts but I cant think of the names off hand. You could also do a google search and see what comes up.
I ordered from rufaster recently with no problems.
