    glow plug igniter

what is a good glow plug igniter. i would prefer to have a rechargeable one with a battery meter. i am currently using the one that comes with the starter kit. it is completely hit or miss if the glow plug will ignite. it also doesn't lock on very good
why speed alot of money just to beat on it?

i just use the one that traxxas sells in their starter pack. it works fine for me. whats the point in spending alot of money on a glow plug ingnitor if you can get one for 5 bucks that will last you. does it have an effect on the car?

I use my starter pack one too, once I got it fully charged it has worked like a charm. Those linked above look good though too! Ecspecially the metered one.

    RE: glow plug igniter

Quality of the battery inside and durability of the clip that locks onto glow plug plus better ones have removable battery so if battery dies you pay 3 bucks for new one or carry a pack of duracell Cs around so no matter what you can get a good charge for your plug
