Spring goes in the middle of the clutch shoe before you slip it on the shaft. Just make sure the spring holds the shoe to the center (main crank shaft nut) and the flip tention goes to the counter clock wise direction. Or you could say that the shoe goes outward the same way as the original shoes did. Hope that helps a little, I could show you in less the 30 seconds but your not here LOL [8D]

Hey did this clutch shoe set come with 3 shoes or just the 2 showing?

I thought these came with 3, requiring a new flywheel to mount to as well? If not, cool beans I will have to look into this setup once my stock shoes wear out.

those are the springless ones correct? You put the spring in the center of shoe before you put it on the flywheel. it can only go one way for it to work, make sure the spring is on the same side as the shoe against the center nut of the crankcase.

you dont need the big e clip on when you are done but save it in case you use a different clutch.

no, do you see the gap in the shoes, that where it goes then you slip the clutch on, the spring should be turned the other way too so that it is perpendicular with the clutch shoe.
