Does adjusting the shock position on the shock tower give your more ground clearance?

It can give you more or give you less. Depending on what position you move the shock to.

Bring them down to a lower point on the shock tower should give you a bit more clearance.

you can also bend the tabs under the A Arm to help with clearance it has a kinda built in arm stop but if you bend it down you can raise the car a bit more
