Oh yeah it was slipping bad near the end.
I actually have and extra set i already installed.

those springs are a real pain in the butt, i have never had a problem with my hurricane's drive train yet, i am not sure if the earthquake setup will work, i dont have an earthquake but clermont does, maybe he will chime in and let you know if that will work, form what i understand they are a different serup

I actually like the hurricane setup better than the earthquake. I also have upgraded springs for the hurricane. You also might want to look at going with cnc allum. shoes.

HI, think i have the same problem with my Tsunami. Mine seems like its really started to slip alot more, never really seems to engage, and really sluggish off the line. ive gotten about a gallon or so through it. its been mega humid around here and it doesnt really run as well anyway, but i think ive definitely got a clutch problem. i will be putting my 13/18 on this week, is there some tell-tale sign i should be looking for?
Also, aluminum or teflon shoes?? which is better and why?
Thanks guys!

Thats up to the operator. The aluminum grab faster, but wear faster. The teflon will last longer but dont grab as hard.
