Default Clutch and performance upgrades

Hi, I am planning on getting several upgrades for my Volcano SV. I want to get a new clutchbell, air filter, exhaust header, and tuned pipe. I first have a question about the clutchbell, I want to get one that will raise my trucks top end speed but not hurt the bottom end a lot. How many teeth does my trucks clutchbell have on it stock and what would you recommend for a higher geared clutchbell. I am looking at a HPI clutchbell like this one, I am just not sure how many teeth I want to get it with:

I am also wondering if it would be worth it to get new clutch shoes. Here are two that I have seen for this truck, but I am not sure if the second one will fit:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...5&I=LXVK12&P=K
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXPYW2&P=7
I also need help in finding a better air filter, I am going to be getting it from Tower Hobbies, but I do not know what is a good one that will fit, here is one that I have seen:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDVJ2&P=7
As far as the header and tuned pipe go I am pretty sure that these are the ones that I am going to get, unless someone knows of any better ones:

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXCKN5&P=7
How do you get the fuel pressure line to connect onto that pipe? It looks in the picture like it is missing a nipple.
Overall I am very satisfied with my Volcano SV, I just want to enhance its performance, especially its top speed.

those are fine, you just push the fuel line into the hole in the muffler, its that easy and it works fine i have 3 of those pipes. that air filter is too big for the carb, you need a 10-11mm. that header and pipe work fine.

here is a good place to get parts from, i get all mine from this place

The Clutch bell you have on the first link is the perfect clutch bell

Either set of HPI clutch shoes will work with your truck

The Air filters ok, but make sure you use Air filter Oil.

The header will work good.

The exhaust is ok but not that great, Cen Racing uses the same Engine as Redcat and there set up preforms like a champ and sounds good too. Find a Cen MT Spec 3.0 Exhaust or go to your local shop and ask them for cen Exhaust with the dual stinger and dual chamber. It's a killer exhaust and makes excellent use of the VX 18 Torque.

I think that I might get this air filter, as it is made for .18 engines: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLGB1&P=7
Is this the pipe that you mentioned: http://cgi.ebay.com/FF008C-CEN-Compo...QQcmdZViewItem

I found that motor on Tower, is it a direct fit onto a Volcano SV, and is the power improvement over the stock motor worth the money?

So lets say I am going to get this motor and possibly a new tuned pipe and header and I want a fairly high top speed because I don't think that I am going to have to worry about not having enough power on the low end, how many teeth should I get on a new clutchbell, and how many teeth does the stock one have? Also ehroof, would you suggest the pipe that I listed above, or do you know of a better one?

for top end i would get for an associated rpm pipe, its good for the high end, i have it on that car i posted above. i would say try a 15 tooth but dont go higher than an 18 tooth.

Tower has two associated rpm pipes, which one would give me better all around performance, not just top end?
