Hey how long have you had your car? I ordered the Associated RPM pipe, but i would really feel better knowing that it is possibly a manufacturing defect, i know the car was not running that hot, i was checking the temperature and it never went over 230, oh and have you checked to see if your gallbladder inside melted?

No do not run it with the hole in the exhaust. Your exhaust is like the fuel pipe on your real car, if you have a hole in it either one of two things will happen, it won't run at all or it will make the car run lean and deffinatlly cause an over heating situation and utimatlly lead to the destruction of the engine.

I melted my baffle inside of the stock pipe, but it didn't melt the pipe! I took the baffle out and ran fine without it, but I am going to get a new one before I run it agian. Very low quality pipe!

yea you'll probably get a hole soon if you keep running with that pipe because when i knocked my pipe off i took it apart and looked at my baffle and it was deformed this was before the hole
